- Item must have all original merchandise tags and packaging.
- Item must be in the original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- Item must have must have its original tamper-evident security tape intact
Please contact us at customer@xavierjewelers.com to begin processing your return. We will provide an insured, prepaid return label for your package. Once your label is generated, you will have 10 days to have your package scanned at a UPS location.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your return, please allow us 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect and process your refund.
Xavier Jewelers has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item that doesn't meet the requirements listed above. Orders sent back to Xavier Jewelers without authorization are subject to additional fees and return shipping charges at the customer's expense.
