If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. As our collections are considered limited, if an exchange isn't feasible, we gladly offer refunds for your purchase. Please review the policies below for further clarification.

- Item must have all original merchandise tags and packaging.

- Item must be in the original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

Please contact us at customer@xavierjewelers.com to begin processing your return. We will provide an insured, prepaid return label for your package. Once your label is generated, you will have 10 days to have your package scanned at a UPS location.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, please allow us 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect and process your refund.

Xavier Jewelers has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item that doesn't meet the requirements listed above. Orders sent back to Xavier Jewelers without authorization are subject to additional fees and return shipping charges at the customer's expense.

2. exchanges

For items that are eligible for exchange, we are happy to do an even exchange for the same item. Xavier Jewelers will hold the requested item, pending available inventory.

We will process your exchange request within 5 - 10 business days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return guidelines outlined in our return policy. If your item(s) do not adhere to our guidelines, Xavier Jewelers has the right to deny your exchange and ship the item(s) back, at the customer's expense.
