TAXES AND DUTIES
United States: We cover all applicable duties. There are no extra charges at checkout or upon receiving your jewelry.
International: We do not charge any tax, however your order may be subject to applicable import taxes or duties, determined and collected by your local government or customs upon delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you don't love your jewelry, we'll gladly issue a refund, store credit, or exchange for returns sent back within 14 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please contact us for authorization and instructions.

WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a limited Lifetime Warranty, valid for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime. We guarantee that upon receiving the product, every item is free of material and manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect in craftsmanship or breakage due to a manufacturer defect, the warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece, free of charge.
The warranty is voided on user damage issues and does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or theft. Warranty is non-transferable. For any issues not covered under the warranty, please contact us and we'll point you toward repair options.
