At Xavier Jewelers, you'll never see any brass, stainless steel, or nickel. We work exclusively with solid 925 sterling silver, rhodium plated for lasting brilliance.
Yes. All Xavier Jewelers pieces are made with real 925 sterling silver, individually stamped with its legal hallmark.
The difference comes down to materials. Costume (fashion) jewelry is usually made with base metals like brass or steel — it has a short lifespan and is prone to breaking, fading, or discoloring.
Fine jewelry is made only of gold, sterling silver, platinum, or other precious metals. It may come at a higher price point, but the craftsmanship, value, and longevity make it worth the investment.

No. Our jewelry is made from materials safe for sensitive skin, free from lead, nickel, or other harsh metals common in lower-quality costume jewelry.

SHIPPING
We get your new jewelry to you as fast as possible. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking a few additional days depending on your location. If you pre-ordered any of our items, shipping will take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
United States — Our prices are inclusive of duties. You will not be charged any taxes or duties when receiving your package.
International — We do not charge tax, but your order may be subject to import taxes or duties determined by your local government.
We offer free insured shipping on all US orders. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship to customers around the world.
Every order includes free package tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Jewelry must be in new, unused condition. Contact us to begin the process.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Lifetime Warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect in craftsmanship, the warranty entitles you to a one-time repair, free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or user damage, and is non-transferable.
We ship orders very quickly, so if you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships — but once an order has been fulfilled, we're unable to cancel it.

Our prices are listed in US dollars. International customers can still pay with their preferred payment method — the currency converts automatically at checkout.
