At Xavier Jewelers, LLC, every piece is handcrafted with intention — made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our jewelry, we kindly ask that you read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. The original returnable tag must still be attached. A return request must be submitted within the 14-day window. Customizations (such as engravings, sizing adjustments, or special finishes) are considered final sale and not eligible for return. If your piece meets these criteria, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning a product. A restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for each returned item. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Each item is made specifically for you, which allows us to maintain our quality standards and reduce excess inventory. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return To begin your return, please email us at customer@xavierjewelers.com with the following: (i) Your order number, (ii) The item(s) you’d like to return, (iii) Reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit, which does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount issued as store credit.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: (i) Customized or engraved pieces, (ii) Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout, (iii) Gift cards.
